How the monthly bill is calculated

Monthly bill = (student seats × seat price) + (staff seats × seat price) + (archived records × archive fee), then × (1 - prepay discount).

Example: 100 student + 10 staff seats (110 in total) at GHS 1 each = GHS 110 per month. Prepaid for 12 months with the 25% discount: 110 × 12 × 0.75 = GHS 990 for the whole year - save GHS 330 vs paying monthly.

❓ What happens after my free trial?

You can keep viewing students, staff, finance and reports free forever. Saving changes, downloading reports and adding seats requires a subscription.

❓ Do I get all features on every plan?

Yes. Every paying school gets all 24 modules and all portals. Only the number of seats you can hold changes.

❓ How do I pay?

Ghana schools pay with Redde Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo). Nigeria uses Paystack cards, South Africa uses PayFast. You can also pay by bank transfer or cash.

❓ What counts as an active seat?

Only currently active students and staff. Alumni, transferred or inactive records are archived at a tiny fee and never count against your seats.

❓ Can I change my plan later?

Yes - buy more seats anytime (prorated) or lower your seats at renewal.
